Delivery and Return Policy – Consumer Rights
At Green Youth, we protect our customers’ rights in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.

Special rules apply to hygiene and personal care products; for health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Shipping
Domestic (Turkey): Orders are shipped via our reliable courier partners within 1–3 business days.

International: International orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and typically take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs.

International shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some countries may have restrictions on personal care products; this may affect delivery.

Returns
Hygiene and personal care products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned.

Domestic (Turkey): Damaged or incorrectly sent products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case, the shipping cost is covered by the seller.

International: Only damaged or incorrectly sent products can be returned. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and accompanied by photo or video proof of the damage. Once approved, the return shipping cost is generally borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

After approval of the return, the product amount is refunded to the original payment card within 7–10 business days via iyzico protection.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct; the buyer is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect addresses or customs procedures.
